It is cute, it is good quality and it looks sooo good on her... however, it is a display and not a play item!
As it is now, the two snaps that close the tutu unhook as soon as you touch it a bit too much.
Called CS and they are sending a replacement, but it does not seem to be just DD's one that is defective (at least one more board member had the same problem, and the lady in CS did not sound at all surprised)
At any rate, it is so cute that I do not mind having to replace the snaps myself, but I would expect better quality control and product design... then again, this is Mattel we are talking about....
